A blade and soul player Feedback

2016-01-20 14:56

Hi, this is my short feedback from a few days of gameplay

I started Tuesday November 24th and the day was going perfect with no bugs and no lags what so ever.

Wednesday 25 november was also a perfect day, could run around and enjoy the beautiful houses and the beautiful landscape and dont buy bladeandsoul gold forget the cute little birds flying around, i could kick the hell out of my enemys and enjoy it.

Then came Thursday november 26 and things started to go wrong, i was getting HUGE amount of lag/lag spikes, couldnt take 3steps without it, so i had to say goodbye to all the little birds and peaceful landscape i enjoyed so much, because now it was hell playing and dont get me started on combat with this... for the love of ... i had to stop many times and take DEEP breaths.

Now the frustration started to kick in and i was getting Real anoyed and started to see all the "little" things i didnt like. All the loot i was getting needed a "key" to open and the reward backpack didnt work and the upgrade of my starter weapon failed because of lag/lag cheap bns gold spikes. I had to logout and stop playing because of the frustration building up to become more like rage.

Friday 27, i had big hopes for this day, oh the joy of playing on a Friday i thought. Then i loged in and Mr. Wallbanging hit me, oh the joy of frustration hit me again. I was like, stop take a deep breath and then try run some more or try fight some random quest mobs. I couldnt enjoy this game any more, i Really tryed, but the frustration was hitting me so hard and i was about to explode in massive rage. I had to logout and do something else and then come back to try, but, it didnt help.

Frustration has won, i cannot play this game any more and now that it looks more like a pay to win game, im even more compelled to not enjoy this game.

Blade And Soul Pros and Cons in my opinion

2016-01-19 14:45

Since its my first time beta testing a mmorpg I thought I would give my feedback. I hope its ok to post this here. I don't care if you want to read this or not I'm posting this blade and soul gold in hopes maybe the makers of Blade And Soul sees this and maybe take these into considerations, if not, oh well

Pros:

-Graphics are amazing probably one of the best mmorpg graphics out there. Also I love the fact that the graphics are really good and it barely lags on my computer. Most mmorpgs I play I have to lower their settings cause their graphics make the game lag.

-I love the combat and the traveling skills (dash, dragon stream, glide, etc.) The traveling skills make it different compare to other mmorpgs cause you dont need mounts plus I love watching the parkour scenes lol.

-The combat is amazing i love the strategy, the action, and the combos. I will not play mmorpgs if it a stand there and shoot type game. I like action which is why I play TERA so much. But I think the combat system in this game is a lot more action compared to TERA so far.

-The character customization is one of my favorite things about the game, so many options I was having a hard time deciding what I want lol. I love making characters and making a variety of them as well.

-I also love how leveling up isn't too hard or too easy, well so far, I've only gotten to level 18 at the most. But so far its not a constant mindless grind that makes mmorpgs boring.

-I love how the NPCs have personality and they actually talk lol it actually makes me want to read the quests which I barely do in mmorpgs lol, Plus it makes it feel more like an adventure game as well.

-I really like how you had the purple quests to teach you how to play your class, my biggest complaint about mmorpgs is that by endgame a lot of people don't understand how to play their class and it makes it frustrating to party with them. But sadly that went away after level 12-13. I wish it stayed.

That what I can think of so far as for Pros.

Cons:

-I hate how to do a simple task you always need a specific item. Like if you want to expand your inventory you gotta get the bags. If you want to open a weapon you need that charm. I get frustrated that every time I try to do something it says I'm missing the item to do that action and you need in game money or real money to get it. Or even try to find that item in the game and being new to the game it makes it difficult.

-I also don't like how everything is pretty complex, it may be just bladeandsoulgolds.net because I'm a newbie and still learning but like just to find a party for a dungeon it took me forever to try to figure out the LFG system and I still dont know how to fully use it. I just wish they made it more simple. And dont get me started on trying to learn how to use the marketplace wow that was a headache.

Next I'll touch on the blade and soul pvp system a bit

2016-01-19 14:44

I just got in the game and this is my first experience with it so far. I was not in any of the previous beta events. That being said, we'll start at the graphics and make headway from there.

As far as graphics and optimization go, I'm quite pleased. So far the game runs much better than the game I used to play, Tera. I'm, for the most part, getting 30-50+ FPS on a 3.6 ghz quad core AMD bladeandsoulgolds.net FX 4100, 8 gigs of Corsair 1866 mhz ram and an nVidia GTX 750. There are a few times to where the frame rate dips down below 20 but it's few and far between. When it does happen, simply tweaking the graphics fixes it for the most part. The game itself is beautiful and I love the music as well. I've always enjoyed eastern music and this game is no exception. The voice acting however, is utterly abysmal. The voices just don't seem to fit their character for the most part in some instances. A prime example was a Gon in the main questline that had a rather high pitched voice for what I was expecting. He didn't sound much like a giant as I would have expected, with a deep, booming voice but like your average joe. This misconception of what Gon sound like that is probably just something of my own making.

Moving along to the combat, I rather enjoy it. To be fair though, this game, in my opinion, is not a true action combat game. That is one area in which I feel Tera does actually beat it. This game is a fancy dressed up tab target game. The dodge and evade stat clearly show that it's a tab target behind the hood. It's closest competition is probably Skyforge. The game in essence, isn't a true action combat game like Dark Souls or Tera but rather a weird amalgamation of the two. That's not to say it's a bad game. I love the fact that combat is very, very fast paced. You can kill and be killed incredibly swiftly and the lack of any sort of radar-like minimap means that your awareness comes from your own skills rather than just glancing up at map every few seconds. If there is an option to show enemies on the map, I must've missed it. The reason I say it's not a "true" action based combat game is simply because of the fact that your skills can't necessarily miss in essence. In Tera, if a person is not in range of your swing, it does not hit. It's the same way with mobs. There are several instances to where mobs in this game can hit you even when you're clearly out of range of their strike. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as I've said, but does kind of make it limited as to what you can do. The good part is that, unlike Skyforge, BnS does this system much, much better. You have skills that have i-frames as well as skills for mobility among other things. That makes it fun and makes the system very enjoyable to play.

Next I'll touch on the pvp system a bit. I am a huge pvp'er. It's mostly the reason I play games as I enjoy the challenge from fighting another player. While i blade and soul gold wish BnS had a faction that was dedicated to killing everyone NOT in their faction, (think marauders or bandits or just general evil guys) I understand why they didn't do this. The versus aspect of the faction system is nifty. The Cerulean order and the Crimson Legion, the Tyrian Cult and the Stratus Empire as well as the Bamboo Guard vs the Blackram Marauders are all really fun and enjoyable. I love the fact that the outfit simply allows you to switch sides pretty much at will, with a slight limitation so you can't just gank and take it off. It also gives a sense of war to the world which is neat. I personally enjoy putting on the outfit just to kill guards and mess with people. Sometimes people put their outfit and come at you, other times most just watch in wonder and confusion while you mercilessly slaughter guards. This gives an option of actually playing a good guy or a bad guy, which I think seems pretty cool.

That being said, there is one bug I've noticed. When Blackram and Bamboo Guard, equipping a Blackram outfit makes you hostile to the Bamboo Guard NPC's. However with the Tyrian Cult, there are a lot of Stratus guard NPC's that don't bother attacking you. I felt that was a bit odd and definitely seems like a bug.

The story line is mildly interesting so far. I have read about the recent "changes" to various side quests and to some of the main story line but without actually playing the original, I can't really comment on that. I will however say that, my personal opinion, is that if you're going to translate something, it should largely be left unaltered. It's one thing to translate something. It's another to altar it because you disagree with some material that is presented. To me, I feel this is in line with altering classic texts like Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn simply because it had racial slurs in it. Regardless of if you like it or not, it shouldn't be done. That's all I'l say on that matter.

Up next on the agenda is crafting and gathering. Holy cow is there a lot of trades for gathering and crafting. Admittedly, I didn't bother with this at all. Largely it's because I feel that the money you make at early levels is spent mostly on upgrading your hongmoon weapon and accessories. That will eat through your budget super fast along with unsealing charms and keys. Without those surveys and such to help boost along, it'd have taken considerable more effort to get my weapon and accessories to where they were. The actual upgrading mechanic is nice and I like the way it works. It doesn't seem like there's a failure, at least I didn't notice one, which is good, but it gets exponentially harder to upgrade your weapons as it should. I feel that this is pretty well balanced overall.

In the end, I didn't have much money left over for crafting as it required pickaxes and the like. That and I wasn't sure where I wanted to begin. I think when the game goes live, I'll probably invest in alchemy or so for the potions. That however is just me musing to myself.

Play In FIFA Leagues Online

2015-09-18 12:37

The FIFA series with so many great online options, is arguably the best soccer video game on consoles today. And there are FIFA leagues online for you to join and play in whether you are playing FIFA 09, 10 or 11.

These last three versions of the FIFA series have been excellent, no where more though than with their online features. Adding to the spectacular graphics and physics are online features like being be able to play against anybody in the world, and with a community of millions playing FIFA every week, this can mean quite intense competition.

It does not matter what skill level you are, whether you are a beginner, or someone who dreams of being a professional gamer, there are leagues for players of every skill level. There are live tournaments held in many different countries, including the official interactive world cup. Each year gaming is becoming more of a competitive sport than ever before.

Get some practice in and play a bit before you go and join one of the FIFA leagues around. Learn the basics and compete in a few online games to get the feel of live play. Then when you feel you are ready to take it to the next level, you can begin to look for a competition or league to take part in.

With regard to that, remember to enter at a level that matches up to your skill. You may feel like a superstar when competing against the computer, but live players are very different and you may find yourself playing against teams that you are not ready for too early.

You can join a league and create a team within the game, but there are other ways too. With the in-game method, you can recruit players from other users online and dependent on which FIFA FIFA 16 Compte series you are playing, up to eleven live players can be in a team.
